When does the puzzle reset?

The daily puzzle changes once per day using the site's global daily rotation.

The daily answer changes once per UTC day so the puzzle, answer archive, and answer pages stay synchronized. When a new UTC day begins, a new country enters the rotation and the answer archive is ready for the new date.
